1. Shipping Area

We provide shipping to most countries and regions worldwide. Delivery may be unavailable or require extra fees for remote areas, some islands, and special restricted zones. Please contact customer service to confirm before ordering.
We currently do not ship to PO Boxes, military bases, or other special addresses.

2. Shipping Fees

  • Free Shipping: All orders over $50 qualify for FREE standard shipping worldwide.
  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on item weight, dimensions, and destination. The final shipping fee will be shown before checkout.
  • Discounts and coupons do not affect the $50 free shipping threshold, which is based on the order’s actual paid amount.

3. Processing Time

  • Regular orders: Processed, inspected, packed, and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During sales or high‑demand periods, processing may be delayed by 1–2 business days.
  • A shipping confirmation with tracking number will be sent to your email or shown in your order page once shipped.

4. Delivery Time (after shipment)

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • Canada & Europe: 7–12 business days
  • Asia Pacific: 7–14 business days
  • Other countries / remote areas: 14–25 business days
Delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance, local carrier efficiency, weather, or holidays.

5. Carriers & Tracking

  • We partner with reliable carriers including USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, etc. Carrier assignment depends on destination and cannot be specified.
  • You may track your package using the tracking number on our order page or the carrier’s official website.
  • Please inspect your package before signing. Receipt by an agent is considered the same as personal receipt.

6. Shipping Issues & Support

  • Delayed or stuck packages: Contact us for investigation, follow‑up, and resolution.
  • Damaged or lost items: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of packaging and damage. We will resend, replace, or refund at our cost.
  • Incorrect address: If delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, the buyer is responsible for re‑shipping fees.

7. Return Shipping (30‑Day Returns)

  • We accept 30‑day free returns for unused, unwashed, undamaged items in original packaging.
  • Returns for non‑quality reasons: Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. We do not accept COD returns.
  • Returns for quality issues or wrong items: Round‑trip shipping will be covered by STEALTHLABIO.SHOP.

8. Force Majeure

Delivery delays or failures caused by natural disasters, war, government regulations, customs inspections, logistics congestion, or other uncontrollable events are not our responsibility. We will assist in resolving issues to the best of our ability.

9. Policy Notes

This Shipping Policy applies to all products on stealthlabio.shop and works with our return and refund policy.
